Use of the platform
Trovvie provides an online platform that allows users to discover, compare, and connect with service providers. Trovvie does not directly provide the services listed on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
User accounts and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account, and for your activity on the platform. You agree not to use Trovvie for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
Service providers
Service providers are responsible for their listings, descriptions, pricing, availability, communications, and the services they offer. Providers are expected to ensure that the information they post on Trovvie is accurate and not false or misleading.
Customer-provider interactions
Trovvie may help facilitate discovery, messaging, and booking, but agreements and interactions between customers and service providers are ultimately between those users. Trovvie is not a party to those service arrangements unless explicitly stated.
Content and listings
You may only post content that you have the right to share. Trovvie may remove content, listings, or accounts that violate these Terms, harm the platform, or create safety, trust, or legal concerns.
Fees and payments
Trovvie may introduce fees for certain features, services, listings, subscriptions, or other parts of the platform in the future. We will clearly communicate any applicable fees before they are charged. By using paid features, you agree to any applicable pricing and payment terms.
No guarantee and limitation of liability
Trovvie provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Trovvie does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or outcomes of services offered by providers, and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from arrangements made between users.
Changes to the platform and these Terms
Trovvie may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and we will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
